REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD WATCH HBO'S
GAME OF THRONES
10
Before I gave out the reasons, here are the posters per season.

Everyone's struggling with what to watch next during summer, or their breaks. Well, Game of Thrones is the one for you. Of course there are some things about the show that can be disturbing to watch but in the end, it’s definitely worth it! GOT has such an intense and complex story line that you will quickly be wrapped up in the world of Westeros. GOT has so much to offer that listing all the great things about it would take forever. So here are the 5 reasons why you should start watching Game of Thrones.
1. Badass Female Leads!
In the beginning of the series, women are very degraded (as sex slaves) but that will change. The women in the series are simply badasses. Clever, intelligent, fierce, and courageous. Things that every woman looks up to. Watch how Daenerys show the lads who's the boss.
2. The power plays
Game of Thrones isn’t about castles or dragons or sword fighting. It’s about power. It’s about the struggle for the Iron Throne and the seven kingdoms that come with it. And sure, there are elaborate and entertaining battles fought by guys in armor and dragons, but just as often the balance of power is swung not by a broadsword but by a backroom deal. To survive, you must be ruthless and smart.
3. There are more important social issues.
Game of Thrones' writers have a soft spot for the outsiders and underdogs, giving sympathetic survival instincts to those in the margins of society: Tyrion with dwarfism, "illegitimate" son Jon Snow, the tomboy Arya, the handicapped Bran, and the bethrothed women like Sansa and Daenerys.
4. Outstanding Story line
This series follows so many different characters lives. It starts off with one family but then it branches off. The writers don’t miss a single detail. The story line flows so well and everything that happens has a meaning. There will be times where something happens and you’ll feel like there is no way to continue the series, yet then somehow things always fall back into place in a way you never expected.
Over all you can’t go wrong with watching GOT. There is something in it for everyone: love, chaos, war, villans, heros, dragons, magic, and so much more. So start watching now because there is an extraordinary story just waiting to blow your mind. You'll be hooked before you know it!
5. All signs point to faithful adaptation.
George R. R. Martin has been deeply involved with the production since the beginning and his excitement is contagious. Plus, the set photography, the images of the cast, the behind-the-scenes vignettes and, most recently, the wallpaper images that depict some of the major locations of the story all show that the series creators really understand what the book is about. That will, hopefully, lead to very good things. Heck, the producers even hired someone to invent an authentic language for the Dothraki. It seems no shortcuts are being taken. (Banks, 2011)
